Brief Introduction:
This model v groove cutting machine is equipped with the newest cutting technologies, computer managing, all servo motor controlling, can provide high precision, fast cutting work and suitable for all sizes processing requirements.
The mono machine body ensures the good stability and the working platform is made of super high carbon steel which leads very little abrasion damage. Each side of the working platform can be used for processing which can prevent the shape changing, and the platform can be adjusted with an accuracy of ±0.03mm.
Efficient work is always available due to the adoption of high power servo motors and planetary reducers. The knife kit is made up of 3 pcs high speed steel knives and 3 pcs carbide tips, and the cutting depth is 1.2mm. Customized machine can be used for 6mm stainless steel cutting.
